Our Probiotic Foods for KIDS contains 19 specially selected foods containing essential nutrients, naturally occurring vitamins, minerals and amino acids, all broken down by a super-culture of probiotics for easy absorption into growing little bodies. The bright coloured label even has a place for kids to write their name, so it’s just for them.
Organic Ingredients: Spirulina, Lentils, Chick Peas, BD Rice, Mung Beans, Linseed, Adzuki Bean, Amaranth, Dunaliella Salina, Sweet Potato, Pepitas, Sunflower Seeds, Chia Seeds, Quinoa, Alfalfa Seed, Ginger, Beetroot, Cabbage, Molasses.
The above foods have been through a natural organic fermentation process using organic bacteria.
The following probiotic strains have been used in the fermentation process of Probiotic Foods, and are cultured from food—not dairy, fecal matter or laboratory bred: Lactobacillus Acidophilus, Lactobacillus Delbrueckii, Lactobacillus Caseii, Lactobacillus Bulgaricus, Lactobacillus Caucasus, Lactobacillus Fermenti, Lactobacillus Plantarum, Lactobacillus Brevis, Lactobacillus Helveticus, Lactobacillus Leichmannii, Lactobacillus Lactis, Bifidabacterium Bifidum, Saccharomyces Boulardii, Saccharomyces Cerevisiae.
Serving Suggestions: 1 teaspoon per day (Maximum 2)
First time users start with 1/8th teaspoon and gradually increase to 1 teaspoon per day. First thing in the morning and last thing at night. Foods are already broken down and easily absorbed so only a small amount is required. Sprinkle on food, mix in a smoothie or water, or can be taken straight from a spoon.
(Not to be mixed with citrus juice.)
Toddlers start with a sprinkle of probiotics on their food, and gradually increase.
