Our Fermented PAPAYA Concentrate (liquid) is naturally rich in papain and contains lactobacillus acidophilus. Made from the leaves and fruit of green papaya (paw paw). Contains a complex variety of enzymes which assist in breaking down and digesting proteins, carbohydrates and fats. Sweet to taste, easily taken straight.

Nutritional value includes Potassium, Magnesium, Iron, Zinc, Beta-Carotene, Thiamin, Riboflavin, Niacin, Vitamin C and Vitamin A. Papaya is one of the richest sources of antioxidants up to 20 times more powerful than Vitamin E. It also contains a complex of enzymes that help breakdown and digest proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

Papain found abundantly in the green mature Papaya is one of the most powerful plant proteolytic enzymes—a catalytic agent that will act in protein digestion in an acid, alkaline or neutral medium.

Serving Suggestions:

15ml per day is suggested. Up to 45-60ml may be consumed daily.
Always take it before meals (preferably breakfast) and may be diluted with water, fruit or vegetable juice.

Organic Ingredients: Mature green paw paw (carica papaya), fruit and seeds extract, paw paw leaf extract 71.3% by solid content and 36% by total volume, pomegranate extract (equivelant to 4000mg per 15ml), green tea extract.
