• Magnesium ascorbate 262mg (total equiv. 1102mg Vitamin C)
• Citrus Bioflavonoids 35mg

• Rutin 40mg
• Malpighia punicifolia (Acerola) equiv. dry fruit 80mg
• Pinus pinaster (Maritime Pine) eqiv dry bark 1800mg
• Rosa canina (Rosehip) 20mg
• Vitis vinifera (Grape seed) equiv. dry seed 1920mg
• Zinc amino acid chelate 20mg (equiv. 4mg Zinc)

Suggested daily adult dose:

2g (approx 1/2 metric teaspoon) can be added to food, water or fruit juice, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.
